Shipping Times

Please allow 2-5 business days for us to send your order. Shipping on all prints is via a fully insured and tracked courier service, delivery typically takes 2-5 days worldwide. Expect a few extra days for Australia, NZ and remote areas. Postcards are shipped via 1st Class Signed For service for orders within the UK and an International Tracked service for everywhere else. Please allow 2-7 days depending on your location.

If you have purchased both Classic Collection prints and limited editions, please note that they will be shipped separately as they are managed by different companies.

'Classic Collection' Prints

These are printed and despatched by The Printspace, an award-winning, carbon-neutral fine-art printing company with facilities in the UK and Germany. They are flat-packed with lots of protection to ensure safe delivery. As a 100% carbon-neutral company, their packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible and is either recyclable or biodegradable. This includes stickers, tape and edge protectors.

Limited Editions

All limited edition prints are packed and despatched by Flight Logistics, one of the UK's most respected art-handling businesses with over 20 years of experience. Limited editions are rolled using high-quality acid-free materials and sent in thick postal tubes.

Customs Duties

Customs clearance charges and fees may be payable on goods entering the destination country from the UK. This now includes the EU. These depend on the contents’ value and are payable by the person receiving the goods.

The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country and are based on the contents' value. We cannot advise on what these may be and we have no control over them. Please contact your customs authority for help.
